/* ==============================================================================================
ETopUp - utility classes, to replace inline style attributes in the views.

   WHY THESE EXACT CLASSES

The views carry 793 inline style="..." attributes. They are not 793 different designs - they are
a handful of declarations repeated over and over. Counted across every .cshtml:

       font-weight:700 / bold 181
       color:red 115
       color:#000000 / black 111
       display:none 100
       padding-left:5px 81
       padding-right:5px 66
       font-style:italic 25
       min-width:120px 37
       color:green 36
       width:100% 20
       color:blue 19
       float:right 16

So roughly 700 of the 793 collapse into the classes below. Replacing the attributes with these
gives the same rendering while removing the inline CSS, and - the real win - puts each of those
values in ONE place instead of scattered across a hundred files.

VALUES ARE KEPT LITERAL ON PURPOSE

It is tempting to map color:red onto var(--brand-danger). That token is #b3261e, not red, so
doing it here would silently restyle 115 places across the product in a change whose stated
purpose was "move CSS out of the markup". The extraction is done first and keeps the pixels
identical; switching these to brand tokens is then a one-line edit per class, reviewable on its
own, which is exactly the position we want to be in.
